Anniversaries, that is (yes I’ve been waiting 11 years to say that). The big 11 was last week and the hubby didn’t disappoint. He gave me a dirty card (typical) with cold hard $$$ in it. He gets so mad just giving me money, but I’m able to get what I want and everyone is happy, right? Right?!?! Then we went to eat here…
And ate this…
And this…
And this…
No picture of the happy couple. Terry is not blogger/camera friendly. He about died when he saw me pull the camera out. He begged me not to be one of “those girls” who takes pictures of every dining experience and then blogs about it ( I know I just offended everyone reading this. Sorry!) It was a lovely kids-free evening, and I seriously can’t believe we’ve had 11 of these things. That’s like saying I’ll have a 32nd birthday in 3 weeks, which is just plain crazy (I’m sobbing while I type this). Getting old. It’s going to take a while to get used too!

Ha ha ha it is hard not to be a picture taking-blog writing wife. I do it and I am not a wife. Ha I bet you just died reading my blog today. ha ha ha ha oh well. I guess I better get more excitement in my life-like 11 yrs of marriage to blog about instead of food. I am so happy and jealous of you and Terry! Enjoy many many more
11 years is serious business, you are moving on to your 2nd decade and before you know it, you will have been married longer than you were single. I see nothing wrong with $$$ as long as it comes before the night :o)
agreed, money and dirty cards are the best type of gift.
Tell Terry that his comment was unappreciated. Some people just have such crappy memories that they have to document things on their blogs. (case in point: I couldn't even remember what we did last year on our anniversary until I looked at my blog. Had I not been "one of those girls" that night would have been lost forever).
bah hahahahahah. that's why we love Terry, he always tells it like it is.
Happy Anniversary you guys!
*Anniversaries
Anyhoo, congrats on the big day. So crazy. You are old! Lol. *sigh*
I kind of like seeing what people ate, as long as it's fancy food...no McD's pictures, please.
Congrats on another anniversary! I want to see the dirty card! Where do you get those?
Hi Melissa - think of you often, love checking in now and then. Miss you!
